1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Certain items like sale items, accessories, or lingerie are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
Email us at admin@stormiesluxeapperal.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
Once approved, ship the item to the provided address.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to processing timelines.
